Rick Stubblefield joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is a Managing Director focused on activities of Silver Lake Waterman I and II. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Stubblefield co-founded Lighthouse Capital Partners and served as Co-Head of West Coast Investment at Comdisco Ventures.
He served on the Boards of several companies: Wiredcapital, Vendio Services, Axis Personal Trainers to name a few.

Damon has built Calamar Capital as part of a vertically integrated, full service real estate company. Calamar is principally engaged in the ownership, development, acquisition, management and financing of real estate throughout North America. With over a billion dollars in real estate transactions on behalf of family offices, institutions and individual investors.
Mr. Wojciechowski began his career Mass Mutual and as a Managing Principal at Lincoln Financial.

As managing partner and founder of Appian Capital, Mr. Lotter is primarily responsible for developing relationships with real estate operators, structuring investments, and overseeing the management of investment strategies.
Mr. Lotter began his career in institutional capital management at Franklin Templeton and Barclays Global Investors (now BlackRock) before founding Appian Capital in January 2000.

Mr. Protopappas developed his first live/work project in 1985 and has developed and managed over sixty commercial and residential projects during the past twenty-eight years. These projects, such as the historic Tribune Tower and the Bakery Lofts.
He served on the Port of Oakland’s Board of Commissioners from 2000 to 2007 and as its president from 2004-2005. Mr. Protopappas currently serves on the Board of Directors of Summit Bank, the Oakland Alameda County Coliseum Foundation, the Oakland Police Foundation and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital.
